You will be surprised at the colour of the water after cleaning, even with carpets that may have looked clean to start with. We can remove dust, dirt, pet hairs, and with specialist treatments, almost any stain.

TENANTS
We specialise in END OF TENANCY carpet cleaning for tenants, before you hand back a rented property to the landlord or letting agent, having the carpets professionally cleaned with a full written invoice will help to ensure you receive back your deposit. In fact it is usually a basic requirement of most tenancy agreements.
Simply book a day/time when we can either meet you at the property or collect the keys from your letting agent/landlord. This should be after you have moved out all your belongings.
We will clean all carpets and upholstery (if required), including pet treatments if needed. Ascent will give you a written invoice, and return the keys ready for agents inspection/check out.

LANDLORDS
Before letting a property all carpets should be professionally cleaned, offering the property in the best possible condition, maximising rental potential. Tenants will only agree to have carpets cleaned when they vacate if they were done prior to the start of their tenancy. With a written invoice on file, you can avoid possible arguments with tenants at a later date.
HOME OWNERS
Selling a home is stressful enough, we can clean the carpets in your current home prior to moving, leaving carpets in good order for the new owners. We can even clean the carpets in your new home to avoid you having to live with other people’s soiled carpets.
PET TREATMENT
If you have dogs or cats – have a pet treatment added, this will deodorise the carpets and help to remove any pet odours that may be present. If pets are in the property, you may want to treat the carpets for the possibility of fleas (especially if a rented property, again to protect your deposit).
UPHOLSTERY
Sofas, armchairs, dining chairs, mattresses. Ascent has separate machines and/or adapters for upholstery cleaning. Giving a 3 piece suite a new lease of life and prolonging its use, saving you the expense of buying new. We do not clean curtains at this time, we recommend you take these to your local dry cleaners.
CARS, CARAVANS/MOTORHOMES
Car seats and carpets/mats can be cleaned, stains removed, improving the look of your car interior. We can clean caravan or motorhome carpets and seating areas including mattresses – freshen up prior to selling, or at the beginning of the season after storage or after a busy seasons use, before returning to storage for the winter.
